Elemental Planning Package

This is our partial wedding planning packaged designed for those who still want to be apart of the planning process but need professional support and advising along the way from almost the beginning!

Our partial planning package ensures that the planning process for your event is seamless; handling every logistical step along the way. These services include but are not limited to aspects like full design and styling, planning meetings, access to timelines and seating chart tools, assistance in picking vendors and access to preferred vendor list, vendor communication & coordination on the day of.

We want to make sure you receive the best support for your wedding needs, and are always open to chatting about what this may look like as each couple and each wedding has its own special process.

Month Of Coordination

Designed for those who need a bit more help with tying up the loose ends of their wedding day details. This includes assistance on elements like a day of timeline, vendor communication & pick up, and final decisions during the month before the wedding date.

INCLUDES:​​

  • Initial Consultation Meeting

  • 3 planning meetings (more available if needed)

  • Co-create wedding day timeline with couple

  • Co-create venue floor plan and detailed list of where everything is going

  • Take over communication with all vendors 2 weeks prior to wedding

  • Ensure all vendors have a final updated timeline one month prior to wedding

  • Assist with vendor pick ups and drop off the weeks prior to wedding date

  • Attend rehearsal to manage ceremony details (bridal parties and officiant)

  • Greet and communicate with all vendors throughout the wedding day

  • Oversee set up on wedding day

  • Manage all decor set up and other details around the venue

    • Table-scape set up, name cards, menus, drink tickets, and whatever needs to be set-up

  • Will be present on property throughout entire event to ensure day flows smoothly from one stage to the next​

Week Of Coordinating

Designed for those who have it all planned but need an extra hand the week of, think of us as your task rabbit helping with pick ups, last minuet details, and your vendor point of contact.

INCLUDES:

  • Initial consultation and walk through of event day

  • 2 planning meetings included

  • Co-create wedding day timeline

  • Assistance with decor and vendor pickup during the week of wedding

  • Ensure all vendors have a final updated timeline one week prior to wedding

  • Attend rehearsal to manage ceremony details (bridal parties and officiant)

  • Greet and communicate with all vendors throughout the wedding day

  • Oversee set up on wedding day

Day Of Coordination

Designed for those who are ready to walk down the aisle but need someone on the day-of to take care of the small details, as well as make sure the day goes smoothly and timely.

INCLUDES:

  • Initial consultation and walk through of event day

  • Feedback on wedding day timeline and questions

  • Attend rehearsal to manage ceremony details

  • Greet and communicate with all vendors throughout the wedding morning

  • Oversee set up and take down on wedding day

  • Manage all decor set up and small details around the venue

  • Help with ceremony needs, queuing bridal party, and reception transition

  • Will be present on property throughout entire event to ensure day flows smoothly from one stage to the next
